Emerging Stories
Relevant climate change stories can come from anywhere. Our learning ecosystems tackle local topics that are of interest to learners and educators alike.
Climate change affects communities and regions in different ways. Our learning ecosystems are responsive to the topics and interests relevant to their students. From a unique natural resource to a community's climate action plan to extreme weather events, there are plenty of unique opportunities to build place-based climate and data literacy.
Learning Ecosystems Northeast supports the exploration of these topics and promotes collaboration across the network so that a learning experience in one ecosystem can be the spark of inspiration for developing similar activities across the region.
